Tracking COVID in Piedmont | Jan. 25

The Alameda County COVID-19 Cases and Deaths dashboard is back in action after two weeks of being offline. Not surprisingly, the cumulative number of recorded cases in Piedmont has skyrocketed since we last reported on Jan. 7, jumping from 447 that day to 642 today, Jan. 25, for a total of 195 newly reported cases. (This number is likely an undercount due to the large number of people using rapid tests at home that are not reported to the county via a testing site.)
