All Piedmont Middle School sixth, seventh, and eighth graders are invited to audition for this year’s PMS musical: “Cats Young Actors’ Edition”.
With music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, “Cats” is based on “Old Possum’s Book Of Practical Cats” by T.S. Eliot. Performers are needed who like to act, dance, sing, move, run, jump, crawl, tumble, and be creative. No prior experience necessary.
Audition submissions are due by 8:00 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 25 and submitted via Google form. Click the link for full info:
Callbacks are in person on Thursday, Aug. 28 between 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Students who need to attend callbacks will be called for just a portion of that time.
Rehearsals are three times a week: Tuesdays (3:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m)., as well as Wednesday and Thursday evenings (6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.). Performances are Friday Oct. 24, 7:00 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 25, 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 26, 2:00 p.m.
