We can’t be the only ones who’ve noticed: Skeletons of all shapes and sizes appear to have taken center stage in Piedmont’s Halloween decorations this year. Nevertheless, there’s still a healthy number of ghosts, ghouls, and other ghastly sights to be found if you are out and about this weekend.
