Halloween Tot Parade & Carnival 2023
Bring your ‘lil pumpkins, ghouls & goblins, superhero/ines and unicorns and join PRD for a SPOOKY good time!
PRD invites participants, ranging from ages 2-8, to meet at Exedra Plaza at 1:00pm. With the help of our master of ceremonies, costumed friends will travel down the path on a treat parade towards the Community Hall to PRD’s Halloween SpOOktacular Carnival!
At the event check-in booth, your little one(s) will receive a wristband and playing card to gain access to Halloween and Dia de los Muertos-themed crafts, Lawn Games, Spooky Woods Walk, Stories at the Black Kitty-Kat Inn, treats, prizes, and more!

- Time: 1:00-3:00 pm (Costume Parade begins at 1:05 pm!)
- Ages: 2-8 years (Children Under 2 are FREE, registration not required)
- Location: Piedmont Main Park 711 Highland Avenue (Parade meets at Exedra, Carnival at Piedmont Community Hall)
