On Sunday, May 15, the Piedmont Recreation Department will be hosting our inaugural Play Like a Girl+ Piedmont event at Witter Field from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. This free event is aimed at getting girls ages 2–18 pumped to play sports in a fun and supportive environment.
Volunteers are needed as greeters to welcome attendees, help direct the flow of foot traffic to the event site, and assist PRD staff as needed. Event details will be emailed prior to the event.
Volunteer Shift Details:
- Date: Sunday, May 15
- Shifts: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. | 11:15 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
- Ages: 12+ years
- Community service hours available upon request
