A subcommittee established by the Piedmont Recreation Commission would like to hear from Piedmont residents about volleyball.
Piedmont community members have asked the Recreation Commission to consider the possibility of creating beach volleyball courts in Piedmont. The Commission would like your input. Please take a short survey HERE. The survey will end on May 10, 2022. The Commission hopes to learn what types of volleyball activities Piedmonters would like to see in the coming months.
Commissioners Dick Carter, Lisa Gardner and Aamir Virani will host three in-person opportunities where Piedmonters are invited to discuss volleyball. The sessions will be at the Exedra Vase on:
- Monday, May 2, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
- Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 1:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m.
- Friday, May 5, 2022 from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
“We hope our neighbors will share their thoughts on volleyball and Piedmont Recreation,” said subcommittee chair Aamir Virani. “Our city government wants to prioritize what is important to our residents, and we can only do that if we hear from you. Please take the survey, email us, or visit us.”
Piedmonters can also send their thoughts by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
