Piedmont resident arrested on homicide charges

Arrest of local man comes after February assault in San Francisco that resulted in a 69-year-old man's death.

The city had cut gun violence between 2012-19 when homicides dropped from 126 to 68 and nonfatal shootings from 561 to 277.
