From the Sept. 4 City of Piedmont Planning & Building Department newsletter:
Home Together Plan 2030 serves as Alameda County’s unified approach for guiding homelessness policy and funding decisions. It includes the Home Together Strategic Plan and the Home Together Fund, supported by the 2020 Measure W half-cent sales tax. The Home Together work aligns strategic priorities with funding decisions, linking long-term system planning with accountable, equity-centered investments.
Measure W will raise approximately $150M annually between 2021 and 2031 to end homelessness in Alameda County, and approximately 80% of the funding will go to implement the Home Together Plan 2030.
County staff have just released the Draft Home Together 2030 plan for public comment on the County website here.
The comment period ends October 1, 2026.
