Origami Coding

July 20–24

1:00–4:00 pm

Ages 6–9

Discover the magic of our Origami Coding Camp! In this hands-on camp, young creators will fold colorful origami shapes and use them to design characters and scenes for their very own coding projects in OctoStudio or Scratch. As they play, build, and create, students naturally explore early math concepts like patterns, geometry, and problem-solving — all through fun, interactive projects. Our camp is different from traditional coding classes: we focus on joyful learning, curiosity, and creativity, helping kids build confidence and excitement about technology. No prior coding experience is needed — just imagination and enthusiasm! All skill levels are welcome!

Campers will learn to cook carefully, craft resourcefully, and waste nothing by using all parts of a plant while upcycling ingredients into delicious dishes and eco-friendly creations. With fun challenges throughout the week, young chefs will develop their culinary skills while embracing sustainability, feeding their hunger for positive change, and creating meals that are as kind to the planet as they are delicious.
