From a City of Piedmont press release on May 19
Annual and summer pass sales for non-residents open Tuesday, May 19 at 6 p.m. through the city’s Aquatics registration portal.
Pass sales to date have been significantly higher than projected in the pool’s first-year operating model. To manage capacity during the busy summer season, summer pass sales will close for both residents and non-residents on Friday, May 22 at 6 p.m.
Annual passes will remain available to everyone, and continue to offer the best value for community members who expect to swim regularly throughout the year. There are no plans at this time to limit annual pass sales.
Summer passes for non-residents can be used beginning on Memorial Day, and remain valid through the end of September.

Pool operations will evolve during the first year of operations
The new Community Pool has now been open for just over one month. During that time, staff have learned a great deal about how the facility is being used, when demand is highest, and how different types of swimmers and programs are sharing pool space.
The first year of operations is a period of learning and adjustment. Staff are monitoring use patterns, exploring new approaches to balance access needs, and making operational decisions with several goals in mind: maximizing community access, balancing the needs of all user groups, and maintaining a financially sustainable operating model.

Non-resident rental reservations also open Tuesday
Non-resident reservations for the poolside room and rooftop pavilion in May, June, and July also open on May 19 at 6 p.m. All rental reservations are made through the Aquatics registration portal
