The San Francisco Chronicle and the East Bay Times reported on Tuesday that Jordan Miller, the only survivor of the November 2024 Cybertruck crash that killed Soren Dixon, Jack Nelson, and Krysta Tsukahara, has sued Tesla, claiming that design flaws hindered his rescue while the vehicle was in flames. He suffered serious injuries and burns as a result of the crash.

Miller’s suit follows two filed by the Nelson and Tsukahara families in October 2025 that claimed the Cybertruck’s design contributed to their deaths.
