A balloon drop at noon and a family-friendly dance party drew families with young children to the Veteran’s Memorial Building on Dec. 31 for the Piedmont Recreation Department’s annual “Noon Year’s Eve” event.
DJ Kev kept the party hopping with kid-friendly tunes and the festive atmosphere made for an exciting end of year celebration for the young attendees and their parents.
