Series of storms set to hit Bay Area

Just in time to snarl traffic and holiday travel plans: The National Weather Service says a set of three storm systems will bring moderate to heavy rainfall to the Bay Area through Friday, Dec. 26. If you’re flying or driving to the mountains, check conditions and leave plenty of time for delays.
