A visit to the Piedmont Council’s Tree Lot at Coaches Field has been part of many families’ December ritual, but if you didn’t act fast, you’ll have to find your tree elsewhere now. With Thanksgiving falling so late in November this year, the Tree Lot saw an early surge in demand and Wednesday may be the last day the lot is open, the Piedmont Council said on Tuesday.
