Registration for the 24th Annual Piedmont Turkey Trot is now open. Register before Oct. 6 for the lowest price of the season: Adults $45 and kids $25. Sign up HERE.
The Trot is a USATF certified 5k that winds through the streets of Piedmont on Thanksgiving morning. It has become a much loved community event that offers something for everyone whether you are trying to set a course record or you simply want to walk it with your friends and family. Whatever your style, “move your feet before you eat!”
We will once again be partnering with Dress Best for Less. They will be collecting donations of gently used clothing at our bib pick up on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
In addition, children’s and teen books will be collected for the Literacy Project.
Returning this year: The second annual Tiny Tot Trot at Witter Field on Wednesday, Nov. 26 for the 3 – 6 year old runners. One lap around the track. This is a free event. Registration is at 3:45 and the race is at 4 p.m.
