Celebrate 75 dazzling years with a full day of Fairyland magic! We’re going all out for the park’s big 7-5 with enchanting performances, hands-on activities, and surprises we’ve been dreaming up all year long! 

  • Live performances by DJ Lance Rock from Yo Gabba Gabba!
  • Prescott Circus brings big laughs and circus acts
  • Daisy the Clown delights with bubbles and silly fun
  • Fairyland’s first bilingual puppet show, Tío Conejo’s Big Wish, debuts
  • Appearances by Quercus
  • Three cake moments with Crumble & WhiskTarts de Feybesse, and Reem’s Bakery
  • Interactive displays, giveaways, and birthday activities for all ages
  • And an actual parade through The Town with BART to start the party!

Parade to the Party!

BART and Fairyland proudly host a party on the move starting at 19th Street BART Station, making its merry way to the Fairy Gates for a historical celebration of 75 years of magic, community, and imagination!

Parade Start Time: 9:30 a.m.
Starting Point: 19th Street BART Station
Ending Point: Fairyland’s Front Gates

Together with Fairyland, BART, and community partners, we’ll walk down Broadway along 21st Street and follow the Lake Merritt Trail to the park. At the finish line, you’ll be greeted by BARTy, performers, giveaways, and more fun waiting just outside the Fairy Gates! Whether you’re walking, rolling, or dancing your way to the park, you’ll be part of a uniquely Oakland celebration. 

Please note: To enter Fairyland after the parade, you must be accompanied by a child unless you’re a registered community partner participating in the event. 

Bonus for Parade Participants: All parade participants receive 50% off children’s admission to the park that day!
