The annual Piedmont Baseball Softball Foundation’s Opening Day celebration took place on Saturday, March 8 at 8:30 a.m. at Becker Playfield. Hundreds of young players and their families showed up at the early hour to take part in the ritual running through the balloon arch, marking the official season kick-off.
Stacey Isaacs and Anna Bahnson, Bahnson Isaacs Group, Compass sponsored coffee and hot chocolate. And as he did last year, DJ Pee Dot Scott brought the tunes.
