Family: Cindy, Adrian, Will and Juliet Hinman
Pet: Ricky (Ricotta)
Age: 7 months
Breed: Yorkie Terrier Mix
Foster story: We are fostering Ricky for The Milo Foundation and he’s been at our house for just a week. He’s incredibly sweet and social. He follows us around everywhere and if you take a moment to sit, he’ll jump into your lap to cuddle. He enjoys being held and never wants to be too far away from us. We are loving our time with him because he brings joy wherever he goes. We are looking forward to Ricky finding a home to call his own because this boy definitely deserves it! He came from a Central Valley shelter before landing at The Milo Foundation last week and hasn’t had an easy start in life.
Likes: Laps, cuddles/snuggling, breakfast and dinner, people of all ages, other dogs and walks. He’s a pretty happy go lucky guy and is always up for adventure and also very happy to take a nap on your lap.
Dislikes: He doesn’t love being left alone and will whine for a short period of time. He will settle down and sleep right at the front door until we come home.
Interesting facts: He came with the name Ricotta but we call him Ricky for short, like the graphic novel character Ricky Ricotta. He’s also got a cute scruffy look and you would think he’d have a rough coat but he’s actually very soft.
