Families with young children gathered in Piedmont Park on Sunday, Oct. 27 for the Piedmont Recreation Department’s annual Spooktacular Halloween event that featured a costume parade, trick-or-treating, story time, and arts and crafts. Piedmont Police Explorers assisted PRD staff with distributing candy.
