An impressive Jabba the Hutt in Scarecrow Alley in 2023

This year’s Harvest Festival will be in Piedmont Park on Sunday, Sept. 22 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The Harvest Festival is a long-standing tradition in Piedmont where families can gather to enjoy a cooking contest, petting zoo, art show, carnival, jazz festival, farmer’s market, scarecrows, great food and drinks, and more!

Scarecrow Alley will display amazing scarecrows built by our elementary school classes and will be up for auction. Kids and their parents put so much time and energy into making these creations which this year will represent their favorite storybook characters – think Harry Potter, Where the Wild Things Are, and more.

All proceeds from the scarecrow silent auction and carnival are directed by the Piedmont Education Foundation (PEF) to the Piedmont Elementary Schools (Havens, Beach, and Wildwood). Excited to see you there!

Carnival: Kids $20, includes unlimited games, one snow cone, and one walk through the Cake Hop. All sales benefit Beach, Wildwood, and Havens Elementary Schools. Buy your wristband now.

Scarecrow Alley: Submit a bid to take home one of the scarecrows with you and decorate your home or lawn for years to come. Prefer to donate but not take a scarecrow home with you? Sign up to match one of the high bids and give critical funds to support the education of our youngest learners.
