INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tbs sugar
- Zest from one lemon
- Quarter of lemon
- 2 tsp blueberry jam
- 1 to 2 Tbs blueberries
- Juice from one lemon
- 1-2 shots of vodka
- Sparkling water (Topo Chico, LaCroix, etc.)
- Fresh thyme leaves from one sprig
DIRECTIONS:
- Put zest and sugar on small plate. Rub lemon on the rim and dip top of glass into the sugar mixture. Roll around until covered.
- Put jam, blueberries, thyme leaves, lemon juice in a glass and muddle together. Add vodka and stir.
- Fill glass with ice and then top off with sparkling water.
- Put wedge of lemon on rim and put a sprig of thyme in. Enjoy!
