Registration now open for Piedmont Food Fest 3

It’s time to save the date for Piedmont Food Fest 3, coming to Piedmont Park on Saturday, April 20 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

In its third year since launching in 2021, Piedmont Food Fest has showcased the Bay Area’s most distinctive cuisines, cultural performances, and community groups and has attracted over 3,000 attendees in total and generated over $100,000 for local businesses.

Attendees have appreciated the chance to connect with each other amid a medley of flavors, sounds, and cultures. “Piedmont Food Fest was an absolute treat for the whole family! A not-to-miss community event centered around connection and diversity,” said Katie Castles Shaffer after last year’s event.

“We love the Piedmont Food Fest! Being able to spend an afternoon with friends and community and have our kids entertained with the kids zone makes this an event we’ll look forward to every year. We especially appreciate the organizers’ dedication to having diverse representation across food, vendors and entertainment,” said Amanda Feldman.

Festival goers enjoy the food, performances, and beautiful weather at Piedmont Park in 2023.

This year, the festival will feature over 19 food vendors including Robert Dorsey Catering, La Santa Torta, Three Brothers Kitchen, Kiss My Boba, Arthur Mac’s, Lahur Di Khu, and Oakland Bloom as well as beer and wine tasting from local favorites including Federation Brewing, Two Broads Ciderworks, and Deer Hill Vineyards.

Main stage performances will include Purple Silk Youth Orchestra, Oakland Taiko, O Hina’aro Tahitian Dance & Music, Beloved Little Circus, and the Hiiiwav Black Artist Incubator. Junior food festers can look forward to an enhanced KidZone with both carnival and multicultural craft stations.
