Jen Cavenaugh, executive leadership coach and current mayor of Piedmont

Jen Cavenaugh, executive leadership coach and current mayor of Piedmont, will teach three new seminars at Piedmont Adult School in the Spring 2024 session. Cavenaugh holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and leadership certification training from the Co-Active Training Institute. Her seminars, which can be taken separately or as a series, are designed to help individuals clarify their values, set goals and create lasting habits for professional and personal growth.

  • Discovering Your North Star: A Values Clarification Workshop for Personal Growth
    Tuesday 2/6, 6:30-8:30pm, $45
    Provides a framework for navigating life’s choices and challenges. Whether participants are seeking clarity in personal relationships, career path, or overall life direction, this workshop will empower them to articulate and live in accordance to their values.
  • Catalyst for Success: Goal Setting Workshop for Personal and Professional Growth
    Tuesday 2/27, 6:30-8:30pm, $45
    A comprehensive and engaging approach to goal setting. Participants will celebrate their past successes, visualize their dreams and create an action plan to build the life they have always wanted.
  • Habit Hack: A Workshop for Cultivating Lasting Change
    Tuesday 3/12, 6:30-8:30-pm, $45
    Designed for individuals eager to break old patterns and establish positive habits, this class delves into the science and psychology of habit formation. Participants will learn strategies to identify, implement and sustain habits that align with their goals.
