Annual Berkeley ceramics studio’s show and sale is just in time for the holidays

Everything for sale is made by studio members and ranges from functional work — bowls, plates, teapots, tea bowls, mugs, jugs, vases, pitchers and so on — to non-functional sculptural work to ceramic jewelry. Friday, Dec. 8: 6 – 9 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 9: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, Dec. 10: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Potters’ Studio, a Berkeley-based clay studio, will be open December 8–10 for our annual Holiday Sale. More than 40 members of the studio will be selling their work in person at The Holiday Sale. All of the ceramic work for sale is made by members in our 6000-square-foot, spacious, high-ceilinged studio and fired in our 11 indoor electric kilns and 5 outdoor gas kilns. Ceramic work includes functional work (bowls, plates, teapots, teabowls, mugs, jugs, vases, pitchers, and more), non-functional sculptural work, and ceramic jewelry. The weekend-long Holiday Sale will kick off at 6 p.m. Friday, December 8 at the Potters’ Studio, 1221 8th Street. The sale continues December 9 + 10, Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
