Piedmont gets second place in three-school match

Piedmont came in second place at a three-school match vs Arroyo and Castro Valley at Monarch Bay – Marina Course on Oct. 11.

It was a great match with Castro Valley sneaking out the win shooting a score of 216. Piedmont was a close second with 226. Castro Valley scored 273. 

PHS Junior Mei Assalian was medalist, shooting a 36.  It was also Senior Day for Piedmont, and the last match for all the seniors.

The next and final round in the series will be an 18-hole game on Oct. 16 at Metropolitan for the Western Alameda Conference tournament.
