Walk-through registration for Piedmont’s middle and high school students is a breeze compared to years past, when the day before school used to require parent accompaniment for all students, standing in long lines, picking up heavy textbooks, perusing long tables of parent support clubs and more. Now, digital changes made prior to the pandemic — and furthered along by it — have made this school ritual easier to navigate and less burdensome for all.
