This fall Piedmont Middle School will present the musical The Little Mermaid Jr, with music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Glenn Slater and Howard Ashman, and book by Doug Wright. Directed and produced by Amy Moorhead, performances are November 3, 4, 5 and will be held in the Alan Harvey Theater on the PHS campus.

For PHS and MHS students, Moorhead will direct and produce the musical Cabaret with music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and book by Joe Masteroff. Set in 1920s Berlin, Cabaret won 8 Tony awards in 1967, including Best Musical. Auditions will begin in late September with performances scheduled for February 1-4, 2024, in the Alan Harvey Theater.
