The Montclair Village Association is hosting the 9th Annual Montclair Beer, Wine & Music Festival on Saturday, a family-friendly annual outdoor celebration taking place in the Village Plaza area (Antioch Street, Mountain Boulevard, and La Salle Avenue).
Featured will be live performances from 12:15 – 5:45 p.m. on the Main Stage.
Other free features include:
· A pedal-powered sound system provided by Rock the Bike (riders are attendees who volunteer).
· Family-friendly Play Palooza Fun Zone with the Oakland Firefighters Random Acts parade rig, bubbles, face painting, play space and interactive art, and festival food favorites.
· Celebration of the recently renovated Village Plaza and launching of the Montclair Cares Club to continue the spirit of caring / connecting and ensure more family-friendly outdoor events occur in Montclair Village year-round.
Unlimited Tasting Package ($50 in advance / $60 at the door) includes a commemorative glass. Featured local craft breweries include Altamont Beer Works, Del Cielo, Dr. Hops, Drake’s, Hella Coastal, Line 51, Oakland United Beerworks, HenHouse and more.
Artisan wine distributors, importers and wineries will be presenting over 50 different wines from California, Oregon, Washington, Chile, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
Proceeds benefit the MVA (a 501c3 non-profit serving the Montclair Village business district and surrounding community for almost 75 years). A $20 discount on the tasting package (valued at $50) will be provided upon enrollment in the Montclair Cares Club ($120 for 12 months).

New: Expand your Montclair Beer, Wine & Music Festival experience with a live afterparty performance by Seattle’s psych-funk band Polyrhythmics at CRUfit‘s beautiful outdoor Community Collective space (6125 Medau Place). This is a separately ticketed event. All ages welcome. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. with music starting at 6:30 p.m. and ending by 9 p.m. Patrons with festival tasting tickets will receive complimentary beer and wine (while supplies last).
