Piedmont police have been holding a series of “Cop on the Block” community outreach events on various city streets since June 13. Tomorrow’s opportunity to chat with a member of the police department is June 28 at 7:30 a.m. on Greenbank Avenue between Oakland and Grand avenues. The plan is for the program to run year-round. Residents are encouraged to bring their questions and concerns directly to the officers.
