Piedmont Park was packed with families on Sunday afternoon for the second annual Piedmont Food Fest, an event created in 2022 by lead organizer Roger Tsai and a team of Piedmont volunteers who wanted to bring the community together by celebrating the Bay Area’s diversity through food, music, and art.
This year’s event featured 30 food trucks, craft beverages, a Kid Zone, vendors, and musical performances by local entertainment. Hundreds of residents from Piedmont and beyond — many of whom attended the Play Like a Girl+ event at Witter Field earlier in the day — came to enjoy the perfect picnic weather and festivities.
