Who’s ready for seconds? Piedmont Food Fest returns to Piedmont Park this Spring

Who’s ready for seconds?

After a tremendous community turnout last year to Piedmont’s inaugural multicultural festival, Piedmont Food Fest returns to Piedmont Park on Sunday, April 23 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. with a curated culinary and entertainment showcase that’ll offer something for everyone.

In the spirit of celebrating the diversity of the Bay Area through food, art, and music, Piedmont Food Fest encourages attendees to sample new experiences together while learning the stories behind the chefs, artists, and businesses behind them.

Visitors this year can look forward to an expanded Food Fest experience, with over 15 food vendors (including the crowd-pleasing birria tacos from La Santa Torta, pork belly baos from The Chairman, and dishes from the migrant chefs of James Beard Award-winning food incubator Oakland Bloom), over 10 locally renowned breweries & wineries (including Federation Brewing, Oakland United, 2 Broads Cider), the KidZone midway, and live performances from artists such as Emeryville Taiko and Oakland Samba Revue. The Food Fest is also collaborating with Piedmont schools to feature student art contributions.

The Food Fest team encourages attendees to invite friends and family to join us for a memorable day in the park. The Food Fest team will also be offering early bird packages in the coming weeks, so join the mailing list at www.piedmontfoodfest.org for the latest updates as well as learn about opportunities to sponsor or volunteer at the event.
