PRD staff and student volunteers kept visitors engaged on a rainy Saturday.

It was a grey and rainy day on Saturday, but a holiday spirit filled Piedmont Community hall, where elves from the Piedmont Recreation Department hosted a festive Santa’s Workshop for families with young children.
