Adoption story: We were 7 months pregnant with our 3rd baby, so naturally, we wanted a puppy — why not add a little more chaos to the chaos?! When the call came in that a CKCS was available in Sacramento, we decided to go and just “take a look.” We all know how this story ends. Bixby came home with us that same day and we surprised our two little girls with the cutest puppy in the whole wide world. Now Bixby and our 18-month-old son are best of buddies—they are basically littermates. They roll on the floor together, play tug of war with any toy in sight, and love each other in the way puppies do.

Likes: Bixby loves food. Any kind of food. He also loves socks. Especially tiny baby socks.
Dislikes: Bixby dislikes squirrels. All of the squirrels in Piedmont are his mortal enemies.
Interesting facts: Bixby was named after the Bixby Bridge in Big Sur. Bixby loves playdates with other fun, friendly, furry pups!
