Benefit Piano Recital for Ukraine at the Center for the Arts

Local musician and piano teacher Victoria Hurd will present a solo BENEFIT PIANO RECITAL for Save the Children’s Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund, on Sunday, April 24, 4 pm, at the Piedmont Center for the Arts.

Ms. Hurd is a harpsichordist and pianist, and a graduate of Vassar College and Stanford University, where she studied Early Music. She has been a piano teacher for many years in the Piedmont area. The program will include music by Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, and Faure. Says Ms. Hurd: “Let’s use music, the universal language, to help provide support for free Ukraine.”
