New this month: Planning & Building Director Kevin Jackson stars in a short video that explains why the city has been spending so much time discussing housing options in the the town.

The video answers a number of questions, including:

  • Why is Piedmont updating the City’s Housing Element now?
  • Does the City need to build 587 new homes and housing units by 2031?
