To the delight of local kids, a Mr. Softee truck has been making a regular “Softee Stop” at Piedmont Park every Wednesday for the last several months.
(Despite the long lines and happy faces, not everyone is a fan: its familiar jingle has also prompted a few residents to complain to the police department about the “loud music” emanating from the truck.)
