Flower bombers return with a springtime message

Floral tricksters were at it again on Wednesday when the police trailer on Highland Ave. was suddenly decked out in spring finery.

  • Residents were greeted with the message “April Showers Bring May Flowers” on Highland Ave
  • Bouquets and an umbrella decorate the back of the speed sign on Highland Ave
