Oakland Ave. between Carmel and San Carlos Aves. was closed on Monday, Mar. 8 due to a water main leak at the intersection of Oakland and El Cerrito Avenues, according to a citywide alert residents received Monday morning.
Some homeowners in the area had their water turned off while EBMUD worked to repair the leak.
