PRD offers Adult Tai Chi class for balance, fresh air

Originally developed for self defense Tai Chi has developed into a graceful form of exercise that’s excellent for stress reduction, balance, and promotes good health.

The Yang “24” is the most popular style of Taiji practiced worldwide. It is an easy to learn and practice truncated form of the traditional Yang “Long Form”, perfect as an introduction to the essential elements of Taijiquan. The “24” consists of soft, smooth movements, performed using an upright, balanced posture and is accessible to both young and old. Sessions include stretching exercises and classic Qigong practice.

All skill levels and ages welcome.
