‘510 Day Virtual 5K’ is May 10

This is a virtual race to raise funds for Alameda County Community Food Bank, a partner of both the Oakland Running Festival and supported by donations of medals by the Oakland A’s Community Foundation. Runner’s can purchase commemorative medals and FUNdraise for a great cause. All participants will complete in a 5k (3.1 miles) or a 5k+Half (16.2 miles) virtually on May 10.  Participate safely from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill. Make sure you follow social distancing protocols in your area, 6 ft is advised at all times.

There is no fee to register but participants are asked to make a minimum $5 donation to the Alameda County Community Food Bank.  Participants will be able to submit results and see where they stand in relation to other finishers in each distance.  Finishers who submit times will be able to download a finisher certificate to mark their accomplishment.

*Medals require a shipping and handling fee and are available on a first come first serve basis. Tickets will be awarded during random raffles based on all registered participants.
