Coronavirus or flu? Spotting the differences

As we anxiously check ourselves for symptoms as the COVID-19 makes its inevitable spread around the country, it’s hard to know what to be on the alert for — especially since this is the time of year when flu and the common cold are on the march as well.

Cough? Could be coronavirus — or the flu. Fever? Ditto — could be either. Runny nose and sneezes? Maybe flu — but not likely to be coronavirus, according to this handy chart compiled from data from the WHO and CDC.
