Piedmont freshman boys basketball battles O’Dowd

The Highlanders brought a 3-3 league record into the game against Bishop O’Dowd on February 5. 

After falling behind by as many as 19 points in the 3rd quarter, Piedmont mounted a comeback and closed to within 6 before falling 71-63.

Theo Evans led the scoring with 31, Bautista Costa-Claudo had 10, and brother Matteo Cost-Claudio finished with 8.  Henry Brayer scored 6 points, while Charley White and Matthew Riordan chipped in 5 and 3, respectively.
