This article has been updated to note that the enrollment process is for Piedmont residents.
PUSD’s new student enrollment for Piedmont residents is a two step process:
Step 1: Complete an online application
- New to Piedmont Schools? Click here.
- Already have a student in a Piedmont School? Please go to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and follow the New Student Enrollment link.
Students currently enrolled in TK or any other grade DO NOT need to re-enroll. You will be asked to register in August so that we have updated contact information and can share noteworthy communications for next school year. Any siblings that are new to the Piedmont schools (including TK and Kinder) must complete the enrollment process.
Step 2: Select an appointment for immunization and residency verification on January 30 from 12:30- 4pm
After completing an online application you must select an appointment for immunization and residency verification on January 30. Please come prepared with residency verification, most current immunization record with TB risk assessment and either a birth certificate or passport. These appointments will be held at each site. While we prefer that you make an appointment at the school you are zoned for, you may make an appointment at any elementary school site (map with rough enrollment boundaries). This step is required to complete the enrollment process. Timeslots can be chosen here.
We do our best to assign siblings to the same school, and students to their school of residency, however depending on enrollment numbers, students are only guaranteed enrollment in the district, and not a specific school.
Interdistrict Transfer Requests will not be processed at this event. Please contact Sylvia Eggert at 510-594-2614 for information on PUSD’s Inter District Transfer Policy and Process.
