MHS students share music, dance, other passions at school talent show

Blaise Harrison

On Friday, January 24, students, families and community members gathered at the Piedmont Community Center for a joyful night of music, dance performances, magic and audience participation at the 3rd Annual Millennium High School Talent Show.

The low-key event aimed to give students a space to share their gifts and passions and provide one another with support and encouragement.  Students from both MHS and PHS performed and there was an open-mic section that included staff and younger student performers from the community.

MHS is now looking ahead to their Annual Community Dinner on Sunday, March 15.  This sell-out event at the Veterans Hall includes a catered dinner, student performances, a silent auction and more.  All proceeds go directly to fund the unique programming of Millennium, Piedmont’s small alternative high school.
