The Piedmont Recreation Department (PRD) is committed to providing quality programming to meet the needs of our community. To accomplish this, PRD would like your input on what preschool programs you value and what ideas you have for changes or improvements.
The scope of this survey is focused on the needs of families with children between the ages of 1-5 years old. We also welcome input from families who no longer have preschool age children and those who may not yet have children, but would be interested in participating in PRD Preschool programs when they do.
This is a brief survey that should take about five minutes to complete.
All survey responses are anonymous and this data will be used only by the Piedmont Recreation Department to help further investigate the offerings of our preschool programs.
