Spotted in town: A Red Flag warning and the temporary closure of East Bay Regional Parks through Thursday morning moved the dog-sitting service Pawsitively Pampered Pets’ annual Halloween parade to Dracena Park on Tuesday, October 29. The extensive on- and off-leash trails throughout the EBRPD system are favorite dog-walking locations and their shutdown due to fire danger this week means more pups in local city parks.
