Second annual Cub Palooza draws eager youngsters, parents

Volunteers from the Community Service Crew helped as attendees selected their prizes.

On Sunday, August 25th, the Cub Scouts held the second annual Cub Palooza at Piedmont Park. Youth participated in a range of activities from petting chickens, planting marigolds, playing with catapults, racing hot wheels, shooting off air rockets, and touring the Piedmont Fire Station.

While youth enjoyed the activities, parents asked Cub leaders questions they had about the program. For additional information about Cub Scouts or other BSA programs, reach out to Morgan Fjord at mfjord@piedmontbsa.org or 510-844-4752.
