Free harbor tours through the Port of Oakland will return next month, the port said Monday.
The 90-minute excursions will occur twice a month on Friday evenings and include a guided narration aboard the Blue & Gold Fleet. The first tour is set for May 17, with registration available starting May 6, according to the port.
The cruises are meant to give people a look at the maritime operations at the port, and follow the shoreline to see giant cranes and megaships.
