Over 50 students from Piedmont and Millennium High Schools work to stage one of Stephen Sondheim’s most popular works — a dark comedy and musically sophisticated show (rated PG).
James Lapine, who wrote the book, and Stephen Sondheim the music and lyrics bring everyone’s favorite fairytale characters together in a timeless, yet relevant, piece to create a rare, modern classic.

All performances are in Lisser Hall on the Mills College Campus, 5000 MacArthur Blvd, Oakland.
