Free bagels and coffee may have been the draw for some, but a chance for casual conversation with Piedmont Police Chief Jeremy Bowers and department officers attracted other residents to the Exedra Plaza Wednesday morning. “Coffee with a Cop” is an annual community-building tradition across the country.
